The Bravo release

The Bravo to release new EP ‘Adulthood,’ announces Stubb’s release party

Danny Bravo and his bold and hardy flavored band, The Bravo, are gearing up for their new EP release titled Adulthood.

If you’re a fan of their energy-packed live performances, you’ll be a fan of the record. Having been in the works for a year, Adulthood features some daring harmonies of 9-to-5 woes, a few melancholic notes for the mysterious dame named Lucy, and Bravo drummer Greg Clifford’s favorite track, “Liar and Thief.”

“It’s one of the faster songs which showcases some cool drum fills,” Clifford said.

Besides Clifford’s young talent and prowess, Sam Ogden pack the record with wild guitar riffs, Joey Listrom thunders the record with heavy keys, bassist Pat Young pulls it together with a steady bassline–and let’s not forget Danny himself, leading the band with his vocals.

Clifford and Bravo began the project by conducting the initial tracking. From the confines of Bravo’s living room, the band worked on it on and off over the next year.
“My brother, Joey Listrom, hammered out the keys. Sam Ogden slayed some sick guitar melodies with me. Bass parts were done by myself as well as Pat Young,” Bravo said. “I was finally able to wrap up production in April of this year, and spent the better part of May mixing the record myself. I had my long time friend, Kevin Butler, of Black Books master the record.”
Bravo is involved with other recording projects including co-producing several tracks for Sweet Spirit and Street Dads that have yet to be released.
